Helios 35+ is a portable magnetic induction heating system designed for hot-shrinking and tightening operations, saving up to 80% of the time compared to traditional methods (such as electric resistors, open flames, etc.) while operating in complete safety! Also available in version 4.0!

Tightening

Our axial inductors allow you to tighten/loosen large holed rods, often found on turbine casings, valves, heat exchangers, etc. Axial inductors are customized based on the size of the rod and can be inserted into holes from Ø 9mm up to more than Ø 32mm, with lengths over 1500mm.

Fitting

For our Helios 35 , ring inductors (or custom-shaped ones) are also available for performing hot assembly or disassembly on any circular component (e.g. bushings, flanges, bearings, gears, etc.) up to diameters of Ø 600mm and beyond.
