Specification
This on-site mechanical processing package allows you to restore press plates in any condition.
- Inclined Planes: Linear milling of planes that are not level, following deformation caused by the forces involved.
- Severe damage: Linear milling machines are used to repair severe damage to the mold base.
- Deformation: Milling of deformed planes using linear milling machines.
- Cylindrical surfaces: Repair of screw seats and similar.
Range of application
Up to 800mm in diameter and 12000mm in length, for the standard configuration.
Customization
This machine can be equipped with special kits to work on larger sizes depending on the specific case.
