Torque tightening

Specification

For all mechanical connections using nuts and tie rods, it is important to tighten them to a controlled torque. This ensures proper fit between the parts and maintains the original design characteristics. When nuts have been tightened with specific torque criteria, they must be loosened to a controlled torque to avoid any damage to the components involved.

Range of application

Up to 150,000 Nm using hydraulic wrenches. Up to 3,200 Nm using tensioners.

Customization

We can also achieve loads and reaction points when special cases require it.
