Reverse engineering - Scansione laser 3D
Standard processes
Our reverse engineering service allows us to digitally reconstruct existing mechanical components without technical drawings. We use the ZEISS T-SCAN Hawk 2 laser scanner, a portable, high-precision solution that rapidly captures the complete geometry of objects up to 4 meters in length. The system generates highly accurate three-dimensional models, with accuracy of up to 0.02 mm, ready for reworking in a CAD environment. This process is ideal for reconstructing worn or deformed parts, replicating discontinued components, or more generally for advanced quality control activities.

Special accessories and customizations
- CAD reconstruction and 3D modeling for production or FEM analysis.
- Verification of geometric tolerances by comparing the real object with the nominal model.
